The Challenge
Overview: This project is an update to the navigation bar. The design got an updated UI, mobile responsive browser, optimization to the search bar, message center icon, and organization to the menu items.
Methods: Personas, Wireframes, Journey Mapping, User Interviews.
Tools: Figma, Zoom.
Problem Statement: The navigation bar has not been updated in 10 years. Which includes; new menu items, organization, or mobile responsiveness.

Looking Back
My biggest challenge was figuring out how to make enough improvements for the users without making too many changes. Users were only needing small changes to the navigation bar since it is so important to their everyday work.
Looking Forward
If we were to make significant changes to the navigation bar, our users could benefit from a left navigation bar. That would require more testing.
