The Challenge
Overview: View My Proposal allows the clients of the business to view and accept an estimate proposal. The goal was to improve the signature flow. The second iteration will be released for 2024. This includes, updated UI, and mobile browser responsiveness.

Tools: Figma, Monday.com, Zoom
Problem Statement: View My Proposal's signature user flow is confusing and not intuitive to our users. It takes too many clicks and users are not able to find the name Input field after signing.

My biggest challenge was the scope of this project. This project only included the improvement to the signature flow. The later iteration this year will include the update to the UI and mobile responsiveness.
Looking Forward
In 2024, the updated UI will be released along with mobile responsive experience for the users which was another impactful request.
